Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate at Daima, your primary duties will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Providing expert guidance to help customers select chocolates, dates, Arabic sweets, and elegant gift packages.
• Delivering outstanding customer service that aligns with Daima’s luxury image.
• Meeting and surpassing sales targets through thoughtful upselling and product recommendations.
• Accurately managing POS transactions and ensuring smooth checkout processes.
• Maintaining store presentation standards, including visual merchandising and cleanliness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in premium food items, luxury chocolates, or hospitality, will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude with a genuine passion for service excellence.
• Professional appearance and a team-oriented mindset.

Work Environment
