Job Overview

Lals Group, known for its prominent Mom Store and Carter’s brands, is expanding its retail team across the United Arab Emirates. They are currently inviting applications for various retail positions including Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Senior Sales Associates, and Sales Associates. Candidates with prior experience in retail sectors such as Mother & Baby, Kids, Fashion, or Lifestyle products are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow (for managerial roles).
• Support sales targets and deliver an outstanding shopping experience to customers at every touchpoint.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to maintain high performance and team cohesion.
• Manage stock levels, product displays, and store presentation to maximize sales opportunities.
• Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales, especially within Mother & Baby, Kids, Fashion, or Lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managerial roles.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment and deliver excellent customer service consistently.
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.
