Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Jewellery Sales and Store Assistant to support the daily operations of our showroom. This role involves maintaining an organized and attractive display of jewellery items while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to explain product features clearly to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the showroom and jewellery displays remain clean, tidy, and inviting for customers.
• Assist customers by showcasing jewellery pieces and providing detailed product information.
• Accurately calculate prices and weights of jewellery items during sales transactions.
• Support the sales process by answering customer inquiries and facilitating smooth payment procedures.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Attention to detail for handling and presenting jewellery.
• Basic math skills for price and weight calculations.
• Ability to maintain a neat and organized work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 AED, complemented by commission opportunities and additional company benefits.
