We are seeking a motivated Female Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for Filipino applicants to grow their career in automotive sales, with a competitive starting salary of AED 3,000 plus commission. The position comes with unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our garage. You will assess customer needs, present our range of automotive services clearly, and recommend suitable options. Responsibilities include upselling and cross-selling services, following up with both new and potential clients, and achieving set sales targets on a daily and monthly basis. Maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female applicant of Filipino nationality (Kabayan only)
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills with confidence in customer interaction
• Presentable, professional appearance and demeanor
• Goal-driven mindset with a passion for meeting sales targets
• Ability to handle customers professionally and maintain a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn about the automotive services offered
• Excellent team player with a cooperative spirit
