We are seeking a motivated Customer Engagement Representative / Sales Growth Associate to join our dynamic team based in Al Mamzar, Dubai. This onsite role involves working closely with U.S.-based clients, focusing primarily on outbound sales, lead generation, and cultivating strong customer relationships through phone and email communication. The position requires a results-driven professional comfortable working evening or night shifts to align with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound sales and engagement calls to potential and existing customers. Crafting professional and personalized sales emails, managing leads through proactive outreach, and maintaining long-term customer relationships are essential components of your daily tasks. You will need to accurately understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to maximize sales. Consistent follow-up, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with internal teams to support overall business growth will also be part of your responsibilities. Hitting both individual and team sales targets is a critical aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates will have excellent spoken and written English skills along with a proven interest or experience in sales, customer engagement, or telecalling. Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities are necessary to effectively engage customers and close sales. Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Al Mamzar, Dubai, and adapt to evening or night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or sales tools are preferred.
