Job Overview
Al-Shirawi is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This role involves providing essential administrative and documentation support to the sales department, ensuring smooth communication and accurate record keeping across various sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinator will manage a variety of tasks that include preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports as needed. Maintaining up-to-date CRM data and tracking sales and quotations are critical aspects of the role. The successful candidate will coordinate with customers, sales teams, and workshop teams to monitor payment status, delivery schedules, and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI). Additionally, responsibilities include handling vendor registrations, renewing tenders, and organizing filing systems to keep records well maintained. Ensuring timely processing of orders and invoices through the company system is also a key part of the job.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong familiarity with sales documentation, reports, and record maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with meticulous record keeping abilities.
