TRIO CAFÉ is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize procurement, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and supplier relations across its expanding chain of specialty coffee outlets in the United Arab Emirates. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and efficiency of a dynamic F&B business.

Key Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing all supply chain activities, ensuring smooth operations from sourcing to delivery. This includes managing vendor partnerships, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms, monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock, and coordinating logistics for multi-location stores. Leveraging ERP and inventory management tools to analyze data and drive continuous improvements will be essential to success in this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage sector.
• Proven track record managing operations across multiple outlets or units.
• Strong negotiation capabilities paired with effective vendor and inventory management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software for streamlined operations.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory to oversee logistics and supplier engagements.
