CRBC is seeking a seasoned Procurement Executive based in the UAE with a strong background in the construction sector. This full-time role requires a minimum of five years’ experience working within the UAE construction market. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting tender processes and managing resources after project award, focusing on a wide range of procurement duties including sourcing design consultancies, subcontractors, and equipment leasing.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Executive will be charged with developing and managing an efficient local supply chain. This involves sourcing and evaluating subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants across disciplines such as MEP, structural, fit-out, and façade works. The role includes conducting market visits, negotiating with vendors, collecting formal quotations, and preparing procurement documentation to support tender submissions. Additionally, the position requires managing site machinery leases and temporary facility resources vital for construction projects. Maintaining and optimizing a comprehensive vendor database along with supporting post-award procurement activities and business growth are also key aspects of this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least five years of UAE-specific construction procurement and tendering experience.
• Deep familiarity with local construction market standards, pricing, and vendor qualification criteria.
• Fluency in English with the ability to communicate effectively on technical and commercial matters.
• Strong multitasking skills and flexibility to handle both detailed paperwork and strategic market development activities.
• A proactive and responsible approach, capable of managing procurement tasks under tight deadlines from start to finish.
