Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily retail operations of the perfume store to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer experience.
• Support the Retail Manager in overseeing sales targets, inventory management, and staff performance.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation to attract and engage customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing clients’ needs and inquiries efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Train and motivate retail staff to achieve sales goals and uphold company policies.
