Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Zoho One Specialist to join our team in the United Arab Emirates on a full-time basis. This role requires a hands-on professional who can develop, manage, and optimize our entire Zoho ecosystem with a focus on improving operational efficiency through automation and customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Zoho One solutions encompassing modules such as Books, Inventory, CRM, and POS.
• Create and refine workflows, automate processes, and customize applications to meet business needs.
• Manage data migrations and integrate Zoho with other platforms to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
• Continuously optimize Zoho processes to enhance overall system performance and usability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience working with Zoho One.
• Deep expertise across multiple Zoho modules, including Books, CRM, Inventory, and POS.
• Strong abilities in setting up workflows, automation, and system customization.
• Experience with integrations and data migration techniques within Zoho.
• Proficient in generating detailed reports and building dashboards for process optimization.

This opportunity is ideal for a Zoho specialist who thrives on building complex systems and taking ownership of their management and continuous improvement. Please note this role is not suited for general IT support, basic Zoho Books users, generic CRM or ERP consultants, or accounting-only professionals.
