​Position: PRODUCTION OPERATOR
​Skills Required:
​Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
​Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, cable assembly, and soldering techniques.
​Ability to read simple technical drawings or diagrams.
​Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
​Ability to work with small tools (crimping tools, soldering iron, cutters, testers).
​Understanding of workplace safety standards.
​Teamwork and reliability.
