Job Overview

ECCI is looking to hire a skilled Production Operator to join their team in the United Arab Emirates. This role requires hands-on experience with electrical wiring, cable assembly, and soldering, alongside familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to read basic technical drawings, and be proficient with common tools used in this domain.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Operator will be responsible for assembling and producing high-quality components following industry standards. This includes working with soldering irons, crimping tools, testers, and cutters to ensure accuracy and reliability in the finished products. Maintaining workplace safety and adhering to established safety protocols will be essential to this role.

Required Skills

• Understanding of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, cable assembly, and soldering techniques.
• Ability to interpret simple technical drawings or diagrams.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail.
• Experienced in using small tools such as crimping tools, soldering irons, cutters, and testers.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
• Strong teamwork spirit and reliability.
