Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the company. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, managing recruitment processes from start to finish, and maintaining candidate databases. You’ll utilize effective sourcing strategies and innovative recruitment techniques to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants aligned with Al Madina Hypermarket’s standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, specifically in retail or FMCG sectors preferred
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
