International Grand Mart Supermarket LLC, operating under the Wheatfields and Grand Mart brands, is currently expanding its team. We are looking for dedicated professionals to fill several key roles within our supermarket operations in the UAE. Available Positions

We have openings for the following roles:

• Store Manager: Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience managing supermarket branches, possess a bachelor’s degree, and have prior work experience within the UAE retail sector.
• Bakers: Previous baking experience is essential for this role. Candidates should have a solid understanding of bakery operations within a supermarket environment.
• Butcher: Experience as a butcher is mandatory. Candidates should be skilled in meat preparation and handling following safety and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For all roles, relevant prior experience is crucial. Store managers must demonstrate leadership capabilities and operational expertise in supermarket management. Bakers and butchers should have hands-on experience reflecting their specialized trade skills. UAE experience is particularly important for store manager candidates to ensure familiarity with local market demands and regulatory frameworks.
