Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers for leading clients in the retail industry across the United Arab Emirates. Candidates should possess between 2 to 5 years of solid experience in store operations, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and maintain high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences by handling and resolving issues professionally and efficiently. You will oversee daily team workflows, create schedules, and delegate tasks to maximize productivity. Setting clear performance targets, evaluating your team’s progress, and conducting on-the-job training to improve performance will also be part of your role.

Requirements

Applicants must have prior UAE experience to be considered for these roles. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential. Proven ability to manage a retail team and adapt quickly to store environments is highly valued.

Compensation

The offered salary package is competitive within the industry, with Store Managers earning AED 6,800 per month and Assistant Store Managers receiving AED 4,850 per month.
