Al Fajer Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Soft Services Supervisor to join their team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing soft services operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high standards in cleaning and facility support. This role requires a hands-on leader who is familiar with industry best practices and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Soft Services Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations related to cleaning and other support services, ensuring that teams comply with company standards and client expectations. This includes supervising staff, coordinating cleaning schedules, managing equipment and supplies, and monitoring service quality through established SLAs and KPIs. The role also involves implementing health and safety procedures to maintain a secure environment for all clients and employees.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of five years’ experience in soft services management or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and materials.
• Familiarity with current industry standards and best practices.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to facilities management.
• Experience with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) in managing service contracts.
