Key Responsibilities

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic content strategies to drive audience growth and engagement. This includes creating captivating photos, videos, Reels, and stories tailored to each platform. The role also involves crafting compelling captions, hashtags, and brand narratives that resonate with target audiences.

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities is essential, alongside planning and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversion. Additionally, the specialist will support broader marketing initiatives and events, foster active online community engagement, and regularly analyze performance metrics to produce actionable reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation across various platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media tools, engagement strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, video editing, and basic design principles.
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms and analytics tools to track campaign performance.
• Creative mindset paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
