Job Overview

Al Ghurair Facilities Solutions is seeking a qualified Pest Control Supervisor to join their team immediately. The successful candidate will oversee pest control operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. This role requires hands-on experience in pest management and strong leadership abilities to manage work sites effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections and risk assessments to identify pest issues and potential hazards.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans targeting common pests such as cockroaches, rodents, bed bugs, and termites.
• Ensure the correct storage, handling, and application of pesticides and chemicals in alignment with safety protocols.
• Maintain strict adherence to UAE Municipality pest control regulations and health and safety guidelines.
• Supervise pest control teams, ensuring that treatments are carried out efficiently and safely.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on pest control activities and compliance measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on pest control experience within the UAE market.
• Possession of a valid UAE Municipality Pest Control License is mandatory.
• Holds a valid UAE driving license to facilitate site visits and inspections.
• Deep understanding of pest identification techniques and treatment methodologies.
• Strong awareness of health and safety standards, particularly related to chemical usage and workplace safety.
