Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Manager with over five years of experience in the manpower supply sector within the UAE. This role requires a strong leader skilled in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate should be efficient, strategic, and possess excellent communication abilities in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead operational teams to meet company goals and client expectations.
• Coordinate effectively with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless mobilization planning and resource allocation.
• Handle camp allocation and oversee workforce deployment efficiently.
• Implement smart working techniques to optimize processes and improve productivity.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manpower supply industry, specifically in operations management roles.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi to facilitate diverse client and supplier interactions.
• Proficient in planning and organizing mobilization and manpower logistics.
