Job Overview

Auxilium is seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to oversee employee welfare and coordinate daily operations across various sites and accommodation facilities in the UAE. This role requires close collaboration with site supervisors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistical and welfare support for employees.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing employee welfare, accommodation, and transportation needs. Duties include liaising with site and camp managers, addressing employee queries, conducting site inspections, and following up on operational challenges. Maintaining accurate records and reports, supporting HR with workforce-related needs, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues are also essential aspects of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations coordination, welfare services, camp management, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset and ability to follow up on tasks diligently.
• Comfortable with traveling between multiple sites as required by the role.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Prior experience working in the UAE is preferred.
• Availability for immediate joining or within a short notice period is advantageous.
