Position: Operation Team Leader
Location: Open to relocate anywhere in UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000
👥 Nationality: India, Nepal, Africa, Egypt, Sri Lanka
Gender: Male Only
🕒 Work Details
• Shift: 8 hours (plus 1-hour lunch break)
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Weekly Off: 1 rotational day

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Shift Operations Management
• Oversee Mega Store operations ensuring smooth fulfilment and dispatch
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and operational standards
• Monitor order flow including picking, packing, and dispatch
• Act as the main point of contact for operational issues and escalations
Workforce & Shift Planning
• Allocate tasks to Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics Associates, and Helpers
• Ensure staff attendance as per roster
• Monitor team productivity, discipline, and performance
• Provide training, coaching, and real-time feedback
Inventory, Fulfilment & Logistics
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and tracking
• Monitor picking accuracy, packing quality, and dispatch timelines
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch
• Escalate discrepancies and operational issues promptly
Customer Experience & Escalations
• Handle customer complaints and order escalations
• Ensure quick resolution and proper documentation
• Support operations during peak hours and disruptions
• Ensure hygiene, audit readiness, and compliance

🎓 Qualification & Experience
Education
• Diploma or bachelor’s in operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Relevant experience may substitute formal education
Experience
• Minimum 2+ years in warehouse, logistics or retail
• 6 months – 1 year in a Team Leader or supervisory role
• Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or FMCG preferred
Skills
• Strong leadership and team management
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Basic knowledge of OMS/WMS systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and peak periods
