Job Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified Appointed Person to oversee lifting operations within construction projects in the UAE. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. This role requires strong expertise in managing lifting plans and ensuring compliance with regional safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

As an Appointed Person, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and managing all lifting activities on site. This includes preparing and approving detailed lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments. You will maintain close coordination with crane operators, riggers, and other site personnel to guarantee safe and efficient operations following all safety protocols and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working as an Appointed Person on construction projects.
• Valid Appointed Person or Lifting Supervisor certification such as LEEA, CPCS, or EIAC.
• Comprehensive knowledge of lifting plans, rigging techniques, and crane operations.
• Strong understanding of UAE lifting safety regulations and standards.
• Exceptional planning, coordination, and leadership abilities.
