Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and qualified professionals to join various roles within ADNOC’s offshore and onshore projects. These opportunities come with competitive salaries and are ideal for candidates looking to advance their careers in the Oil & Gas industry.
Available Positions and Salary Details
Positions open for application include:
- Painting Supervisor – Salary: AED 4,000–6,000. Candidates should hold a Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, with at least 10 years of painting experience, preferably in Oil & Gas. Expertise in surface preparation, coating systems, and HSE standards is essential. Experience as a Job Performer and with PTW processes is required.
- Painting Foreman – Salary: AED 2,500–4,000. A Diploma or equivalent and minimum 5 years of painting experience are necessary, with preference given to those with Oil & Gas sector experience. Job Performer and PTW familiarity are also required.
- Painting / Hot & Cold Insulation Inspector – Salary: AED 6,000–8,000. Candidates must possess a Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Science, along with 5 years of inspection experience. A valid NACE Level 2, BGAS Level 2, or equivalent certification is mandatory. Experience in painting, insulation, and passive fire protection (PFP) inspections is preferred.
- Scaffolding Supervisor – Salary: AED 4,000–6,000. Applicants should have a Diploma or equivalent qualification, a valid CISRS or similar certification, at least 10 years of scaffolding experience, and a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Scaffolding Foreman – Salary: AED 2,500–4,000. Requires CISRS or equivalent certification, 5 years of scaffolding experience, and 3 years in a Foreman position.
- Scaffolding Inspector – Advanced CISRS – Salary: AED 7,000–8,000. Candidates should hold a Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or similar, basic CISRS Inspector certification for at least 2 years, and advanced CISRS certification. A minimum of 10 years in scaffolding and 5 years in inspection roles is essential.
- Project Site Administrator – Salary: AED 3,000–4,000. Applicants need a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of site administration and documentation experience.
- Industrial Electrician – Salary: AED 1,000–1,800 plus overtime. At least 2 years’ experience in industrial electrical installation, maintenance, and repair is required.
Candidate Requirements
All candidates must meet the specified educational qualifications and relevant work experience for their applied positions. Certification in industry-recognized standards, such as CISRS or NACE, where applicable, is mandatory. Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance is expected across all roles.
