Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa is inviting dedicated professionals to join their team in several key roles. We are currently looking to fill positions including Demi Chef – Baker, Female General Technician, Steward, and Lifeguard for Pool and Beach areas. Key Responsibilities

Each role comes with specific duties that contribute to maintaining the high standards of service the resort is known for:

• Demi Chef – Baker: Prepare and bake various pastries and bread, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and support the culinary team in daily operations.
• Female General Technician: Handle maintenance and repair tasks throughout the resort, ensuring all equipment and facilities operate smoothly and safely.
• Steward: Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas, assist with dishwashing and sanitation, and support the food and beverage team to uphold hygiene standards.
• Lifeguard – Pool & Beach: Monitor swimmer safety, provide first aid when needed, and ensure pool and beach areas comply with safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following criteria for their chosen position:

• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment is essential.
• Demonstrated relevant skills specific to the position.
• Strong team spirit and a positive attitude towards work.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
