We are currently looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience working with machinery involved in the production of paper bags and packaging materials, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The role includes operating and supervising paper bag manufacturing and packaging machines. Responsibilities involve maintaining continuous production flow, setting up machinery, making necessary adjustments, and performing basic troubleshooting to address any operational issues. The operator will also support routine maintenance to reduce downtime, guarantee product quality, and uphold safety standards in the workplace. Promptly reporting any machine malfunctions or production challenges to supervisors is an essential part of the job.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in paper bag production or packaging industries, with a preference for those familiar with food packaging products such as burger boxes and takeaway containers. A fundamental understanding of machine operation, setup, and troubleshooting is required. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is important, and candidates available for immediate employment will be given priority.
