Key Responsibilities

The Roustabout will support various operational tasks on the oil and gas site. Duties include assisting with equipment maintenance, site cleanup, and general labor work to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in teams efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should have relevant experience in oil and gas field labor or similar industrial settings. Physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging outdoor conditions are essential. Candidates must comply with the project’s rotation schedule and be prepared for extended shifts.

Salary and Benefits

The monthly salary offered for this position is AED 2,900. In addition to the salary, the package includes accommodation, meals, transportation, and rotation air tickets to support staff mobility and welfare.

Work Schedule

The position follows a rotation pattern of 60 days on duty followed by 30 days paid off, providing a work-life balance while accommodating the project’s operational needs.
