Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Operations to lead our automotive spare parts business unit based in Dubai. This role is designed for a highly analytical and experienced professional to take full ownership of operational performance, streamline processes, and drive sustainable growth within the international auto parts distribution sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Operations will be responsible for developing and executing the long-term sales strategy targeting the automotive spare parts market. This includes managing commercial operations to meet sales volume and profitability goals. The role requires expanding the B2B client portfolio while ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

The candidate will oversee resource allocation across departments covering purchasing, logistics, and warehouse functions. Identifying operational challenges and implementing practical solutions will be critical. Additionally, optimizing internal workflows, employee motivation systems, and work standards will fall under their remit. Coordination of all departmental activities within the unit and executing directives from senior leadership are key components of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must hold a higher education degree and possess proven experience in the automotive spare parts industry. Extensive leadership experience within the B2B wholesale segment of automotive parts is essential. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills are required to navigate operational complexities effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to lead cross-functional teams and manage external relationships. Fluency in English and Russian at a C1 level or above is mandatory to ensure smooth interaction with diverse stakeholders.
