We are urgently seeking a skilled Fiber Splicing Supervisor / Team Leader to join a dynamic team in the UAE. This role is central to managing fiber optic network deployments, leading field teams, and ensuring project milestones are consistently met. The position offers a monthly salary of AED 4,000 and requires 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

As the Fiber Splicing Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the fiber splicing team and drivers. Your responsibilities include planning work schedules, allocating resources effectively, and maintaining seamless coordination with clients, project managers, and on-site personnel. Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with safety regulations is essential. You will also review splicing reports, analyze OTDR test results, and monitor project documentation to track progress and guarantee on-time delivery of objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in fiber optic network deployment and splicing. Proven leadership abilities in team management and the coordination of diverse field activities are critical. You must be proficient with OTDR testing, interpreting network drawings, and preparing comprehensive project reports. Strong communication and problem-solving skills will help you succeed in this fast-paced environment.
