Securiguard Middle East is seeking a skilled and dependable Security Supervisor to join their team in the United Arab Emirates. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong leadership background and the ability to manage security operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a valid supervisor license and at least two years of experience in a supervisory security role.

Key Responsibilities

The Security Supervisor will oversee daily security activities, ensuring the safety and security of premises, personnel, and assets. Responsibilities include managing security personnel, monitoring security systems such as CCTV and access control, and maintaining a professional and calm demeanor during emergencies. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to implement security protocols and reporting any incidents accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a Security Supervisor
• Valid Security Supervisor License
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in handling CCTV, access control, and other security systems
• Ability to stay composed in emergency situations
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and security-related software
