Job Overview

BKA Facilities Management is currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to help maintain a safe and secure environment for their premises, assets, staff, and visitors in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves conducting regular patrols, managing access control, monitoring CCTV systems, and responding swiftly to incidents as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and safety of the facility by performing routine patrols and inspections
• Control and monitor entry and exit points to restrict unauthorized access
• Operate CCTV systems to oversee the premises and detect any suspicious activity
• React promptly to alarms and incidents, providing accurate reports and follow-ups
• Collaborate effectively with staff and management to maintain a secure environment

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Valid Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) certification is mandatory
• 1 to 2 years of security experience, preferably within Dubai
• Proficient English communication skills to interact with colleagues and visitors
• Physically fit and able to work in rotational shifts without disruption
• Strong attention to detail, observational skills, and the ability to report incidents clearly
