Key Responsibilities

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for managing company-provided leads and guiding clients through property purchases. Your core duties include:

• Converting qualified leads into closed sales transactions
• Facilitating property viewings and overseeing client negotiations effectively
• Closing deals for residential off-plan and ready properties
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of real estate experience within the UAE market
• Proven track record in sales, with a preference for off-plan property experience
• Strong negotiation abilities coupled with excellent communication skills
• A target-driven approach and professional mindset to succeed in a competitive environment
