Palma Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a responsible and attentive Pool and Beach Lifeguard to join our dedicated team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. This role is essential for ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests utilizing our pool and beachfront facilities.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be tasked with monitoring swimming areas, enforcing safety regulations, and responding effectively to emergencies. Maintaining vigilance at all times to prevent accidents and providing exceptional customer service to guests are vital parts of this position. Additionally, teamwork and communication with the resort staff will contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a lifeguard is highly preferred to ensure familiarity with safety protocols
• Holding a valid Lifeguard certification is considered a strong advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests
• Readiness to start immediately
