Affordable Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Management Manager to lead our facilities operations in the UAE. This role requires an individual with practical knowledge of facilities management, maintenance, and team leadership to ensure smooth functioning of all operational aspects.

Key Responsibilities

The Facilities Management Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities, managing technicians and supervisors, and ensuring all facility services meet the company’s standards. You will coordinate repair schedules, monitor facility equipment, and maintain compliance with safety regulations to optimize building operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in facilities management
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes and facility services
• Demonstrated experience managing teams including technicians and supervisors
• Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate facility repairs effectively
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory for this position

Work Environment

This role is based in the UAE and involves hands-on management of facility operations within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to uphold facility standards.
