Job Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified Scaffolding Supervisor with ADNOC approval to join our team. This role is crucial for overseeing scaffolding operations on major oil and gas and EPC construction projects, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising scaffolding crews and coordinating their activities with site teams. This includes managing the safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures in line with relevant codes and standards. Monitoring and enforcing adherence to safety regulations will be integral to this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• ADNOC-approved Scaffolding Supervisor certification with a valid and current approval.
• At least 8 years of hands-on scaffolding experience, including supervisory duties.
• Comprehensive knowledge of scaffolding codes, safety procedures, and construction standards.
• Proven experience working on ADNOC, oil and gas, or EPC construction projects.
• Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and coordinate across multiple site disciplines.
