Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in an inpatient or acute-care setting, ensuring high standards of medical support and patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Your duties will include administering medications, performing wound care, monitoring vital signs, managing IV therapies, and maintaining patient hygiene. Accurate documentation of all nursing interventions using electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical records is essential. Additionally, effective collaboration with doctors, therapists, dietitians, and other medical staff is critical to delivering optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification.
• Valid National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) license or eligibility through data flow registration.
• Mandatory Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are advantageous depending on the unit assignment.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in inpatient or acute-care nursing.
