Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Doctor to join our healthcare team in the United Arab Emirates. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the well-being of students by providing comprehensive medical care and promoting a safe, healthy school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine health assessments and screenings for students.
• Manage and treat common illnesses and injuries within the school setting.
• Provide emergency medical care as needed and coordinate referrals to specialist healthcare providers.
• Develop and implement health education programs tailored for children and staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with school administration, teachers, and parents to support student health and wellness initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong clinical skills relevant to pediatric and adolescent medicine.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in urgent situations.
• Attention to detail in maintaining documentation and following healthcare protocols.

Requirements

• Medical degree with valid licensure to practice medicine in the UAE.
• Experience in school health, pediatrics, or general practice is preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of immunization requirements and school health regulations.
• Demonstrated commitment to student health and safety.
