Job Overview

A prominent bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Project Manager specializing in CRM Dynamics to lead and manage complex CRM projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking sector, extensive experience in Agile methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering CRM solutions through collaborative and geographically dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of CRM Dynamics projects by overseeing all phases of the software development lifecycle. Your role includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality CRM products. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to propose effective solutions and overcome technical challenges.

• Lead technical teams in delivering CRM solutions utilizing Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Empower teams by identifying coaching opportunities and improving workflow processes
• Manage complex product deliveries across multiple business and technical domains
• Communicate effectively with different organizational levels to influence outcomes and resolve issues
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams ensuring alignment and cohesion
• Utilize Atlassian tools including JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo to manage projects and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience within the banking domain
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master leading CRM technical teams
• Over 10 years’ expertise in Agile SDLC and managing complex product deliveries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Broad understanding of technology, information systems, processes, and applications
• Proven ability to work effectively with teams located in different geographic areas
• Excellent facilitation skills with a creative and solution-oriented mindset
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• Mandatory Scrum Master certification

Preferred Experience

Experience within large, cross-functional organizations delivering CRM Dynamics projects and familiarity with the financial sector’s unique challenges will be highly valued. Candidates who can immediately join the team are preferred.
