We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager based in Abu Dhabi with a strong background in telecommunications or ICT. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects within these sectors, holding a PMP certification, and fluency in both Arabic and English. This role demands excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle by defining and implementing project management processes tailored to each assignment. Responsibilities include selecting and leading project teams, preparing comprehensive project plans, and securing management approval. The candidate will allocate resources efficiently in line with the approved plans, analyze project risks, and develop mitigation strategies including contingency plans.

Collaborating with subject matter experts during design reviews and major decision-making is essential. The manager will ensure timely corrective actions are taken as needed and manage any changes to meet business objectives. Additionally, the role involves negotiating task assignments with team members and their supervisors, maintaining strong communication among all stakeholders, and coordinating project reporting activities.
