Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer at Level 1 to join our team. This role involves delivering Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across various client environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft Office 365 administration, Fortinet security devices, and server infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide first-line technical support through multiple channels including ticketing systems, phone, and on-site visits. You will be responsible for administering Microsoft 365 platforms such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID. Additionally, you will configure and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, manage Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, and oversee backups, patch management, and remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools. Supporting virtualization platforms like Hyper-V and VMware will also be part of your duties.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in IT support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration and a solid understanding of Fortinet and Sophos firewall technologies are essential. You should have extensive experience working with Windows Server versions 2016, 2019, and 2022. Strong troubleshooting abilities across desktop environments, servers, and network layers are critical for success in this position.

Benefits and Work Conditions

The position offers a competitive monthly salary of 3,000 AED, commensurate with experience. Candidates will receive a valid visa along with a holiday ticket. The job is based on-site, providing a collaborative work environment to engage closely with clients and team members.
