Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Support Associate to join our team and help maintain the efficient operation of IT systems across all our branches in the UAE. This role involves providing technical support and managing IT resources to ensure seamless daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering day-to-day IT support to employees and branch offices.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, software applications, and other IT hardware.
• Managing user accounts, email setup, password administration, and access permissions.
• Troubleshooting issues related to networks, systems, and various technical aspects.
• Providing support for internal software and applications.
• Configuring and maintaining IP phones, email services, and company domains.
• Performing routine system maintenance and managing IT assets efficiently.
• Coordinating with external IT vendors and support teams for timely resolution of technical issues and procurement of equipment.
• Managing IT service tickets, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
• Assisting with data recovery processes, reporting, and implementing company IT requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration roles.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking basics, and hardware support.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus but not mandatory.
