Looking for IT Project Manager for a Leading Bank in Dubai.

Skill sets required:
* At least two systems implementations as IT project Manager. Prior implementation of RSA Archer Operational Risk Management will be a plus point.
* Systematic, tenacious and persistent in following up with multiple parties including senior stakeholders to achieve overall project goals.
* Excellent analytical, inter-personal, communications & presentation skills. Stakeholder management, change management, vendor management and conflict management skills.
* Organized and able to manage multiple work tracks of the project. Able to work under pressure and have attention to details.
* Self-motivated and accountable, demonstrate ability to follow through to execution.
* Proficiency in .NET technology. Knowledge on project management techniques (Waterfall, AGILE) and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Power Point and Power BI)
