A prominent bank in Dubai is seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst with at least seven years of experience. This role involves analyzing business data and collaborating with multiple application teams to ensure accurate data mapping aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities

The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for liaising between application teams to develop precise data mappings, interpreting and modeling complex data sets, and supporting analytics initiatives. This role also involves working with data warehouses, Data Lakes, and enterprise big data platforms deployed across multiple data centers. Additionally, ensuring data accuracy and supporting application development efforts will be crucial aspects of this position.

Required Skills

Minimum 7 years of experience in business data analysis
Strong knowledge of the financial sector and related data processes
Proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries and performance tuning
Experience with data warehouse and enterprise big data environments
Ability to analyze, model, and interpret data for business analytics
Solid understanding of application development principles
Experience with Flexcube banking software is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with dimensional data modeling techniques
