Key Responsibilities

As a Junior HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in delivering effective recruitment solutions. Your duties will include:

• Sourcing candidates via a variety of channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
• Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews to gauge candidate qualifications and appropriateness.
• Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and client representatives.
• Managing the recruitment process end-to-end, including onboarding assistance.
• Performing reference checks and verifying candidate documentation to ensure compliance.
• Keeping clients informed on recruitment progress and next steps.
• Preparing employment offers, drafting contracts, and managing onboarding paperwork.
• Maintaining accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System and updating recruitment databases systematically.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or manpower service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate clear collaboration with both candidates and clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
