Key Responsibilities

As an HR Recruitment Officer, you will oversee the entire recruitment process to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your tasks will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening resumes to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Advertising job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media channels to reach a broad talent pool.
• Conducting initial CV reviews and preliminary interviews to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
• Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Ensuring every candidate receives timely updates and a professional experience throughout their engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within dynamic environments.
• Strong interviewing capabilities and excellent communication skills to engage efficiently with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, is highly advantageous.
• Proficient English language skills; knowledge of Arabic would be beneficial.
• The ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
