Preference is given to professionals with a background in manufacturing, contracting, or industrial sectors who have managed large teams of over 500 employees across multiple sites or factories.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the company’s human resources functions. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll processes, managing recruitment efforts to attract top talent, coordinating workforce planning to meet operational demands, and ensuring smooth HR operations across different locations.
