Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive will play a critical role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment support, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws. Handling confidential information with discretion and ensuring adherence to company policies are core components of the position. The incumbent will also assist in maintaining HR records and utilizing HRMS systems efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or an equivalent credential is preferred.
• At least 2 years of HR experience within the UAE, demonstrating familiarity with local labour law and best HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management software.
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks independently as well as collaboratively.
