We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to become a vital part of our expanding team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in human resource operations, payroll management, and familiarity with UAE labor laws and practices. Candidates with experience in the logistics sector and knowledge of JAFZA Free Zone regulations will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and payroll activities efficiently. Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies, the role involves handling employee records, benefits administration, and supporting recruitment processes as needed. A crucial part of this position includes liaising with relevant regional authorities, particularly within JAFZA Free Zone, to maintain smooth regulatory adherence.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in HR operations, including hands-on payroll processing.
• Good understanding of UAE Labor Law and implementation of HR best practices.
• Exposure to JAFZA Free Zone regulations and procedures is strongly preferred.
• Prior work experience in the logistics industry is highly advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong organizational abilities.
