We are seeking a diligent HR Assistant to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start their career in human resources, as well as candidates with up to two years of experience in HR or administrative roles. The position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to engage professionally with team members and management.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will support daily HR operations, assist in maintaining employee records, coordinate recruitment processes, and handle routine administrative HR tasks. They will also contribute to ensuring smooth communication within the HR department and across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of experience in human resources or administrative functions is advantageous.
• Currently residing in the UAE, with preference given to candidates holding a spouse visa.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
