City University Ajman is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support its Human Resources team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of HR experience, either gained in the UAE or abroad, who are eager to grow their skills in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting daily HR operations. Responsibilities include managing documentation, assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining HR records, and helping to coordinate training and development activities. The role also involves using HR systems effectively and providing accurate information to internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the UAE or comparable international environments
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced skills particularly in Excel and Word
• Ability to quickly learn and operate HR software and systems
• Fluency in both Arabic and English to communicate effectively across diverse teams
• Strong organizational abilities coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
