We are currently seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team based in Al Quoz 3, Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a Master’s degree in a relevant field along with over two years of hands-on experience in human resources. A solid understanding of UAE Labour Law is essential to successfully manage employee relations and ensure legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will take charge of overseeing and implementing various human resource functions. This includes recruitment and staffing, managing employee relations, ensuring adherence to labour regulations, and coordinating training and development programs. Emphasis will be placed on creating a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of professional experience in HR management
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and related regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
