The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair and the ability to deliver compelling visual content to support our marketing efforts. This role focuses exclusively on real estate projects, working closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing materials that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing eye-catching visuals across various digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and paid advertisements. Additional duties involve creating marketing collateral such as banners, brochures, presentations, and brand assets while ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and marketing goals. Collaborative communication with the marketing team to support campaign execution is essential. The role also requires editing and adjusting designs based on feedback and performance insights, managing multiple projects, and consistently meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have between three to five years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or marketing agencies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign—is mandatory, along with experience using Canva. Prior exposure to branding and creating visual identities is highly valued. A basic knowledge of video editing tools is advantageous. A strong understanding of current social media design formats and industry trends will help the candidate excel. Attention to detail, excellent visual sensitivity, and the capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting are also important.
